Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support

Understand and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Assist users with technology-related queries.

Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.

2. Networking Support

Understand basic networking concepts.

Assist with connectivity and network-related troubleshooting.

3. Application & Web Technologies

Work with basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript concepts.

Support applications and identify basic technical issues.

4. Database Support

Understand basic SQL queries.

Assist with data-related troubleshooting where required.

5. Communication & Documentation

Communicate professionally with users and team members.

Document issues, actions taken and resolutions.

Provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
