Human resource & Business partner (HRBP)

The HR Business Partner (HR BP) will act as a strategic and operational HR representative for assigned clients and sites. The role ensures effective manpower management, discipline, training, attendance compliance, employee engagement, and coordination between Densat operations, site supervisors, and clients.

Maintain HR records related to attendance, training, uniforms, and material issuance. • Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and client SLAs.
