Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Order to Cash to lead OTC operations and drive business performance. The role involves managing large-scale OTC operations, stakeholder relationships, collections performance, process governance and continuous improvement.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
2. MBA/PG qualification preferred
3. Strong experience in Finance & Accounting operations
4. Relevant OTC/P2P/Accounts Receivable experience

1. Lead end-to-end OTC operations
2. Manage collections, billing, cash application and dispute processes
3. Drive achievement of collection and productivity targets
4. Monitor DSO, ageing and overdue receivables
5. Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships
6. Review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
7. Drive process transformation and automation initiatives
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
9. Lead governance meetings and business reviews
10. Manage escalations and provide strategic resolutions
11. Coach and develop managers and team members
12. Ensure SLA, quality and productivity targets are achieved
