Senior AWS Solution Architect - Certified

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AWS Solutions Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our architecture team, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and implementation of AWS-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
3. Optimize AWS environments for cost, performance, and efficiency.
4. Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
5. Drive automation initiatives for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
6. Design and implement security measures for AWS environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
7. Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, designs, and best practices

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and implementation of software development.
4. Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in AWS environments.
5. Proficient in infrastructure design, including high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
6. Experience in designing and implementing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions.
7. Hands-on experience with IaC tools, scripting languages, and automation.
8. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Chef, Puppet, Jenkins.
9. Strong understanding of networking and storage concept.
10. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Containers, and Microservice Architecture.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
