For this role, Hiking IT is looking for an experienced Five9 Architect to support contact-center technology initiatives and deliver scalable, reliable solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and architect scalable Five9 Contact Center solutions.
2. Lead Five9 implementation, configuration, and migration projects.
3. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Configure IVR, ACD, routing, queues, campaigns, and call flows.
5. Design and support Five9 integrations with CRM and enterprise applications.
6. Troubleshoot complex Five9 platform and integration issues.
7. Develop and maintain solution architecture and technical documentation.
8. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.
9. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and business requirements.
10. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
11. Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contract Role | Immediate Joiners Preferred

10+ years of experience in Contact Center / Cloud technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with Five9.

Proven experience in Five9 architecture and implementation.

Experience with contact center integrations and CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, routing, and call-center workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
