Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services using Python.
2. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
3. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
4. Work with databases and write efficient SQL queries.
5. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and other team members.
6. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
7. Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
8. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
9. Work with frameworks such as Django or Flask/FastAPI.
10. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications.
11. Stay updated with new Python technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

1. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
2. Strong knowledge of Core Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
3. Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
4. Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
5. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
6. Good understanding of SQL and database queries.
7. Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
8. Understanding of debugging and problem-solving techniques.
9. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
10. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS is an added advantage.
11. Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field preferred.
