Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python Developer with approximately 2 years of experience to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python, backend development, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.

You will work on developing, maintaining, and improving scalable applications and backend services that support GoldClub's digital platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
2. Write clean, efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
3. Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
4. Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
5. Design, develop, and maintain database structures and write efficient queries.
6. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
7. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues.
8. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
9. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
10. Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
11. Write and maintain technical documentation.
12. Develop unit tests and support application testing.
13. Integrate authentication, authorization, and security features into applications.
14. Assist with application deployment and maintenance.
15. Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
16. Contribute to improving the architecture and overall quality of the platform.
17. Stay updated with new Python technologies, frameworks, and backend development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
2. Experience working on eCommerce, marketplace, SaaS, or B2B platforms will be an added advantage.
3. Experience working in a remote or collaborative development environment is preferred.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development.
