Process: Non-Voice / Chat Support Process

Process Type: Domestic Process

Work Mode: Work From Home

Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply

Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹21,000 In-Hand (as per eligibility and experience)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Interview Mode: Virtual / Online

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through Chat and other Non-Voice channels.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain professional communication and service quality.

Update customer interactions and required information in the system.

Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.

Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass.

Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can also apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Candidate must have their own Laptop/Desktop.

Stable and reliable internet connection is required for Work From Home.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Comfortable working in a Domestic Non-Voice Support Process.

Ability to work 6 days a week.

Must be comfortable attending a Virtual Interview.
