Key Responsibilities:

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Forging Presses:

1000 Ton Screw Press

1600 Ton Screw Press

1600 Ton Mechanical Press

400 Ton Press

Mechanical Presses (Trimming & Forging Applications)

IBH Induction Heating Systems

Hydraulic Systems & Piping

Heat Exchangers & Cooling Systems

Gear Pumps & Coolant Pumps

Lubrication Systems

Core Responsibilities

· ✔️ Complete maintenance of all Screw Presses and Mechanical Presses

✔️ Maintenance of clutch assemblies, gears, flywheels, ram guides, bushes, bearings, and drive mechanisms

✔️ Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair

✔️ Maintenance of gear pumps, coolant pumps, and heat exchangers

✔️ Alignment, assembly, and overhaul of critical mechanical components

✔️ Breakdown analysis and implementation of permanent corrective actions

✔️ Shutdown planning and execution

✔️ Spare planning and maintenance documentation

✔️ TPM, reliability improvement, and downtime reduction initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

· 🔹 Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

🔹 8–15 years of experience in Hot Forging, Foundry, Steel, or Heavy Engineering Industries

🔹 Strong understanding of forging press mechanics and hydraulic systems

🔹 Ability to independently handle major mechanical breakdowns and shutdown maintenance
