Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Order to Cash to lead OTC operations and drive business performance. The role involves managing large-scale OTC operations, stakeholder relationships, collections performance, process governance and continuous improvement.

1. Manage day-to-day OTC operations
2. Lead and guide OTC team members
3. Monitor collections and overdue invoices
4. Track AR ageing and DSO performance
5. Manage customer disputes and deductions
6. Monitor cash application and reconciliation activities
7. Review billing and invoice accuracy
8. Prepare operational reports and dashboards
9. Conduct team performance reviews
10. Handle client escalations
11. Ensure SLA and quality targets are achieved
12. Identify process gaps and implement improvements
13. Support audits and compliance activities

Qualification
