🔧 Key Responsibilities – Junior Mechanical Engineer

1. Assist in production and manufacturing activities.
2. Monitor production processes and ensure smooth operations.
3. Support quality inspection and process improvement activities.
4. Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and measurements.
5. Assist in identifying and resolving production/technical issues.
6. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
7. Maintain production records, reports, and relevant documentation.
8. Follow safety, quality, and company standards.
9. Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
10. Ensure work is completed within quality and production targets

🔧 Key Skills & Requirements

1. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
3. Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
4. Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
5. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD will be an advantage
6. Understanding of engineering drawings, measurements & GD&T
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Good communication and teamwork abilities
9. Willingness to work in shifts
