Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities while assisting senior management with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage employee induction and onboarding.
  2. Handle attendance management and HR compliance.
  3. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  4. Manage employee discipline and workplace issues.
  5. Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) activities.
  7. Manage uniforms, machines, and manpower-related materials.
  8. Maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
  9. Support recruitment of supervisors and operations staff.
  10. Ensure effective manpower deployment and workforce management.
  11. Address employee grievances and improve employee engagement.

Requirements

  1. 2–3 years of experience in HR, HRBP, or Facility Management.
  2. Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
  3. Experience in manpower management and attendance systems.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to coordinate with clients, supervisors, and employees.
  6. Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
  7. Knowledge of basic HR compliance and documentation.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-oriented environment.


Qualification

  1. Graduate / Post Graduate
  2. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
  3. HR or relevant field preferred.
