JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring GDS Executives – Travel Domain who have strong knowledge of GDS commands and airline reservation systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for flight ticketing, PNR handling, booking amendments, travel-related customer support and working with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

1. Handle flight ticketing and reservations
2. Create and manage PNRs
3. Use GDS commands for airline bookings
4. Check flight availability, schedules and fares
5. Process booking amendments and changes
6. Handle cancellations and rebooking requests
7. Provide customer support for travel-related queries
8. Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo
9. Ensure accurate ticket issuance and booking details
10. Resolve booking-related issues
11. Maintain accuracy and follow travel process guidelines
12. Coordinate with internal teams when required

1. GDS Certified – mandatory for freshers
2. Knowledge of GDS Commands
3. Knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
4. Good communication skills
5. Basic knowledge of the Travel Industry
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Customer-handling skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Immediate joiners preferred

QUALIFICATION

1. Any Graduate / Undergraduate
2. GDS certification is mandatory for freshers
3. Travel & Tourism qualification is an added advantage
4. Good knowledge of airline reservation systems
5. Good verbal and written communication skills

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For Experienced Candidates

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Domain
2. Knowledge of GDS and Amadeus
3. Experience in flight ticketing and reservations preferred

For Freshers

1. GDS Certification is mandatory
2. Knowledge of Travel GDS Commands
3. Basic understanding of airline reservations
4. Strong communication skills
