📋 Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in day-to-day site execution and construction activities
2. Monitor work as per approved drawings and specifications
3. Coordinate with contractors, workers and site teams
4. Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship
5. Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation and material requirements
6. Monitor project progress and prepare basic site reports
7. Ensure work is carried out according to quality and safety standards
8. Identify site-related issues and coordinate with seniors for resolution
9. Maintain daily work records and project documentation
10. Support the senior engineers in achieving project timelines and targets

Key Skills & Requirements

1. B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply
3. Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
4. Knowledge of RCC, concrete, brickwork, plastering and finishing works
5. Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
6. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
7. Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements
8. Understanding of construction materials and quality standards
9. Good communication and coordination skills
