Blinkit is an instant delivery platform that delivers groceries, daily essentials, and household products to customers. The Store Staff team supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pick products according to customer orders.

Pack and scan items accurately.

Load and unload goods when required.

Check product quality and expiry dates.

Maintain inventory and stock records.

Keep the store and warehouse clean and organized.

Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Coordinate with team members to complete orders on time.

Job Requirements

Profile: Store Staff / Warehouse Associate

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to vacancy

Salary: ₹16,400–₹18,000 per month (In-Hand, as per the shared hiring poster)

Additional Benefits: PF, ESI, incentives, night allowance and travel allowance, subject to company policy

Shifts: 3 rotational shifts

Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Night: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Locations: Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Noida Extension
