Job Description

The Assistant Manager – OTC will support the management of Order to Cash operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of collections, billing, cash application, reconciliations and dispute resolution.

1. Support end-to-end OTC operations
2. Monitor collection activities and ageing
3. Follow up on overdue customer accounts
4. Support cash application and reconciliation
5. Handle customer disputes and deductions
6. Monitor billing and invoice-related issues
7. Prepare daily/monthly performance reports
8. Track SLA, productivity and quality metrics
9. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
10. Support team members with process-related queries
11. Escalate complex issues to management
12. Identify process improvement opportunities
13. Ensure compliance with process controls

1. Experience in OTC processes
2. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
3. Collections experience
4. Cash Application knowledge
5. Billing and invoicing knowledge
6. Dispute resolution experience
7. Good analytical skills
8. Team handling/coordinating experience
9. Strong communication skills
10. Ability to meet SLA and productivity targets

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
2. MBA/Finance qualification preferred
3. Relevant experience in OTC/Accounts Receivable
4. Strong understanding of accounting processes
