Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Pan India housekeeping operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all client locations.
- Manage regional and site-level operations teams.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
- Handle key client relationships and resolve operational escalations.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity and performance.
- Ensure availability of adequate manpower across all operational locations.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and performance meetings.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and operational standards.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Finance and other internal departments.
- Prepare and present operational MIS and performance reports to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Travel across Pan India locations whenever required.

- Proven experience at AGM / Senior Operations Manager / Operations Head level
- Mandatory experience in the Housekeeping or Facility Management industry
- Experience managing multiple locations across India
- Strong understanding of manpower-intensive operations
- Ability to manage large operational teams
- Experience in handling corporate clients and service delivery
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Willingness to travel across India as per operational requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
